 Keys to Success

The truth is anyone regardless of age, sex, race, etc. can be successful. However, the key is motivation and determination to make these lifestyle changes and commit to them. You must possess these characteristics in order to become successful to lose weight and become more fit and stay fit.

The bad news, you won’t see immediate results, changes occur gradually and within. The good news, doing moderate to vigorous physical activities will get you wanting to become regularly active, make you feel energized, and eventually be your motivation to exercise.

The thing to remember is that you want to take baby steps in making specific lifestyle changes. Start off slow and gradually add on more changes, but always keep going. If you try to go full on with maximum force, the chances of ending up back at square one is a lot greater.


Keeping up with women's exercises and a proper diet will allow for small, but noticeable changes to occur within 1-3 months, and within 3-6 months more significant changes. The catch, you have to be consistent and exercise regularly (at LEAST 2-3 times a week). With the motivation to exercise and determination to make these lifestyle changes permanent you will become successful.


Note: The term "lifestyle changes" means permanent (not temporary) changes to your everyday routine.
